VMware migration is not working as expect?

I moved a VMware guest from VMware fusion to VMware Server 1.X using VMware converter. After about an hour of waiting, It was successful. However, when i tried to start the vm in VMware server 1.x after the migration completed, it gave me an error about VM having more features than current version of VMware.

So, I edited the VMx files and change the config.version = 4 to 6 and
the VirtualHW.version = 4 to 6 also.

This should work.
