VMware ESXi guest is stuck at 95% shutting down

I hate when I try to shutdown a guest on VMware and the guest is stuck at 95 % shutting down. If you only have that guest started on that host then great. But, if you have a list of server running on the host then you unfortunately are stuck. There are two different approaches you can take: If you can console into the host than you can kill the process associated with that guest. But, if you cant then rebooting the host is your only option. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Just pause all the guest or enter maintenance mode. Reboot baby.
