VMware ESX4 is acting flacky after iSCSI SAN restart

I had a controller battery die on my PS 6000 iScsi SAN. So, we replaced the controller in the SAN. We had to restart the member. However, the dell dude told me that every thing would reconnect with no problem. PROBLEM.
I just spent the entire morning migrating guest and failing (vmotion) over host when all I had to do was rescan the disk storage on my VMware HOSTs.
Dont let that happen to you..
